For climbers who booked with Via Ferrata activity on November 18 - 20th, 2022 kindly take note.
As announced by the Malaysian Election Commission, the 15th general election is scheduled to be held on November 19, 2022. You may refer to the official announcement made by the Election Commission and the news announcement from the link given.

Throughout the period GE15 is held, the staff at Pendant Hut will go down to vote and may take time to return to Pendant Hut. Therefore, there will not be anyone at Pendant Hut to attend to climbers from 18th to 20th November 2022.
Climbers who have paid for their Mount Kinabalu Via Feratta climb on November 18, 19, and 20 will have the option to
1. Reschedule their climbing dates before March 31, 2023; no additional charges apply. Please advise us of your new climb date by November 04th, 2022 OR
2. Choose to get a full refund (in credit note) from respective mountain climb tour operators.
